What if I am not home when delivery is attempted?Updated 9 months ago
Most spares are small enough for the courier to place the package through the letterbox, but for orders where the package is too large, what happens if you are out when the delivery is made will depend on the courier.
Prior to delivery, you should receive an email or SMS from the courier with options to re-arrange delivery should you be aware you will not be home.
If you are out at the time of delivery, the courier will usually leave a calling card with information on what to do next. This will usually involve either rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel from a drop-off point, post office or depot.
