Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item(s)?

If for any reason you change your mind, simply contact our customer service team within 14 days after the day we deliver your product(s) and we will authorise your return request. 

  • We must be informed of your intention to return any unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt of the order.
  • You must return the product(s) to us within 14 days of you telling us to wish to return your order.
  • You should send the product(s) using an established delivery service and keep a receipt or other evidence that it has been sent.
  • Returned items must be unused and in a saleable condition.
  • Unsolicited or late returns may not be refunded.

Return requests must be made in writing.

Please note we are unable to accept returns on any custom items.

Faulty Goods

If you discover a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery.

If a product develops a fault at a later date, all products come with a 1-year warranty (except springs which must be purchased and installed in pairs to qualify for their warranty).

Return of goods

The cost of return of any unwanted goods is to be met by the customer.
