How do I select the correct Garador MK3C spring?Updated a month ago

The Garador Mk3c (also known as 'C' TYPE, 3C, MK3C and S/S) door is a canopy up and over door manufactured pre-1999 with an overhead counter balanced spring box containing two springs, and side support cables.  

Sometimes on the back of the door, or on the springbox itself, there will be a sticker with a PN number which corresponds to the spring required e.g. PN55/2. In these instances, you can just select the required spring from the dropdown menu. 

In situations where there is no sticker on the back of the door, or the PN number is not an option on the dropdown menu, you will need to use the spring table further down the item page to determine which one is needed. 

Before starting, you will need to know:

1. Door material (steel, fibreglass, or timber)

2. Door width and height

3. Door exterior pattern

Once you have this information, consult the spring table for the correct MK3C version to use.
