How do I identify the correct roller spindles?Updated a year ago

It is important to get the correct roller spindles as using the wrong ones may cause the door to jamb, and cause unnecessary strain and damage to other parts of the mechanism. 

Follow the steps below to get the correct item, but if unsure, please contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp 07481 342 447. 

Firstly, please check the door handle, or back of the door, for a manufacturer name. This will help narrow down the possible choices it could be. 

Even without the manufacturer name you can still find the correct replacement using the steps below. 

Secondly, you need to get the key measurements of the roller spindle. The diagram below shows how and what to measure. 

Please note that if the roller spindle has a threaded section at the end for the nut that this part will not be included in the length measurement.

Once you have those measurements go to the Roller Spindle Finder Table and compare your measurements against the measurements of the items we stock. If you are unable to find a match, please contact us and we will see if there is a compatible replacement available.
